  • All orders placed online at GandGwebstore.com use 128 bit SSL encryption to safely and securely transmit data between the customers and our servers.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order.
  • Our minimum order is $30.00. Tax, Shipping & our Handling charges are not included in calculating minimum purchase. Orders under $30 are subject to 20% surcharge.
  • New Jersey State sales tax of 7% applies to all orders shipped to addresses within the state.
  • All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3 P.M. EST will process on the following business day.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday.
  • Processing time does not include package transit times.
  • You may cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped for a full refund. All cancellation requests must be made by contacting customer service. We do not accept cancellation requests via email. You cannot cancel your order if we have delivered your package to our shipping agent. If your order has been shipped and you would like to cancel, you will have to wait until it is delivered. You will then have to submit a Return Authorization. Your order will then be subject to our Return Policy. Your original shipping cost are non refundable.
  • We reserve the right to hold/stop/cancel any orders due to a price discrepancy, mistake, or error.
  • SHIPPING POLICY

  • UPS or USPS shipping charges are calculated and added at the time your order is confirmed. A shipping quote will appear during the checkout process.
  • Orders using standard shipping may take up to 8 business days total to get to the recipient (1-3 days processing, 2-5 days shipping). Orders going to Canada,Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, may take longer.
  • For the exact charges of all different expedited UPS deliveries please finish placing your order and call us at (201) 775-4477 during our business hours. You will be provided with a shipping quote which you can either accept or refuse (cancel order).
  • We ship only to the following locations: all 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands.
  • * Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands - Unfortunately $5.95 shipping does not apply to these states. After completing your order please call us at (201) 775-4477 (8AM - 5PM Eastern time) for a shipping quote.
  • We do not ship to: P.O. Box addresses (orders over 1lb), APO, or FPO addresses. International Orders……
  • All of our packages are sent via UPS or USPS (our discretion, usually based on the weight of the package). We do not ship any orders using customer shipping account numbers.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping times do not include the time it takes to process your order.
  • If a package is undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. We will then issue a credit for only the products. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • If you require your order delivered by a certain date, you must include that information in your order or contact us immediately before placing your order. Such orders may be subject to additional shipping fees. Orders without a requested delivery date will be processed normally.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping any item for any reason.

    RETURN POLICY

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must be obtained before sending any items back. All non-authorized return packages will be refused and sent back to you. Please return the items to the following address:

  • All Return Authorizations requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be received within 10 days of having the RMA # issued.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • A restocking fee of 20% applies to ALL returned items. (shipping & handling fees are also non-refundable.)
  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, sellable condition, determined by GandGwebstore.com to receive credit. Items not meeting these criteria will not be credited and will not be sent back to the customer.
  • A copy of the Return Authorization must be included with your return. Failure to include this will delay processing of your return.
  • All packages returned must have the Return Authorization Number (RMA #) clearly written on ALL visible sides of the package. If it is not visible your package will be refused.
  • Please save the tracking numbers for packages you are shipping back to us. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.
  • You may use any shipping agent you like to ship your return back to us. We recommend FedEx or UPS as they provide real-time tracking of all shipped packages.
  • You will be notified via email once your return is received and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days after this email to see the credit applied to your account.
  • BROKEN / INCORRECT / EXCHANGE ITEM POLICY

  • If an item is received broken or incorrect, you must submit a claim within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Claims are processed in 1-2 business days.
  • All replacements for broken and incorrect items are shipped via UPS Ground only to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not send replacements for broken items or incorrect items using any expedited service.
  • You may request a credit for the cost of the broken or incorrectly shipped item in place of a replacement.
  • Replacements are sent without billing the customer any additional charges.
  • If we send you an incorrect item, we will arrange to have it picked up at no cost to the customer. Once we receive the item, we will then ship the correct item.
  • You may exchange items in your order that are returnable. Exchanges are treated just like returns. The 20% restocking fee is charged for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back.
