Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are subject to a $7.95 shipping charge (not including vases). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands or Canada must contact us immediately after placing an order for a shipping quote; please call (800) 526-0880 between 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern time.

Q: Do you ship to countries other than USA?
A: As of right now Canada is the only other country we ship to, no exceptions.

Q: Do you send out/sell samples?
A: We do not offer samples of our products at this time.

Q: My order is below $30, is there a way I can get it shipped?
A: Orders under $30 are subject to a 20% surcharge.

Q: I’m not a wholesaler; can I still buy from you?
A: Yes! Our website is open to retail and wholesale customers.

Q: Can I mix packages? For example: “I only need 2 blue, 2 pink and 8 red butterflies”.
A: No, we do not mix packages.

Q: Do you sell fireproof feathers?
A: Our feathers are not fire proof.

Q: Why do my ostrich feathers differ slightly in size and shape?
A: Our ostrich feathers are real, natural feathers, and therefore they cannot all be identical.

Q: When will the item be back in stock?
A: Our inventory is updated as soon as we receive it; please visit our site often to see if the item is back in stock.

Q: Do you send catalogs of all the merchandise you carry?
A: At the moment we do not have a catalog.

A: At the moment we do not ship to military bases.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii?
