SHIPPING POLICY

  • UPS or USPS shipping charges are calculated and added at the time your order is confirmed (within continental USA, all others will need to contact for a quote).
  • $7.95 flat rate standard shipping applies to all orders EXCEPT orders containing glass vases (any product located in 'Vases' category). If glass vases are added to an order shipping cost will be reflected accordingly during checkout. Expedited shipping options are extra.
  • Orders using standard shipping may take up to 9 business days total to get to the recipient (1-3 days processing, 2-6 days shipping). Orders going to Canada,Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, may take longer.
  • For the exact charges of all different EXPEDITED options please finish placing your order and call us at (800) 526-0880 during our business hours. You will be provided with a shipping quote which you can either accept or refuse (cancel order).
  • We ship only to the following locations: all 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands.
  • * Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands - Unfortunately $7.95 shipping does not apply to these locations. After completing your order please call us at (800) 526-0880 (9AM - 5PM Eastern time) for a shipping quote.
  • P.O. Box addresses - Customers with P.O. Boxes may be contacted for a physical address.
  • All of our packages are sent via UPS or USPS (our discretion, usually based on the weight of the package). We do not ship any orders using customer shipping account numbers.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping times do not include the time it takes to process your order.
  • If a package is undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. We will then issue a credit for only the products. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • If you require your order delivered by a certain date, you must include that information in your order and contact us immediately after placing your order. Such orders will be subject to additional shipping fees. Orders without a requested delivery date will be processed normally.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any of our items for any reasons.

  • Delivery times do not include the time needed to process your order.
  • UPS Ground deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, except during holidays. Ground shipping method times are not guaranteed.
  • USPS deliveries occur from Monday to Saturday, excpet during holidays. Ground shipping method times are not guaranteed.
