Quality of feathers,
      I just received a small order I placed recently for feathers and I wanted to say that I was pleasantly pleased. The feathers were the same as they were shown.       I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with your customer service and your products. This past year I had to make 26 rather tall centerpieces for a wedding. It was a fall themed wedding and I put in quite a large order for flowers and fall harvest picks. They arrived at my house in several large boxes and in great condition! Wonderfully realistic and well made! One of your customer service reps even called me personally to let me know that some items in my order were temporarily out of stock....and asked me whether I would like to wait a couple of days for them to come in, or use very similar substitutions. He was very nice and helpful on the phone. The centerpieces were a big hit, and everyone said how lovely they looked. They were offered to guests at the end of the night and not one remained! Thanks G and G!! I have enclosed a customer appreciation photo....
